We offer instruction in electric or acoustic guitar & bass. From beginner lessons to advanced techniques, our instructors teach students how to read music and apply fundamentals to rock, pop, praise & worship, blues, country, folk, classical, jazz, and most genres that our students enjoy. Our instructors listen to each student’s goals and help develop a plan for achieving those goals.

The Music Shop's piano instructors know how to keep lessons fun while teaching all the fundamentals! Beginner piano lessons can include melodies and chords to popular songs that students enjoy, and still establish a solid foundation and understanding of the keyboard. Balancing student-chosen songs by their favorite artists and genres like pop, praise & worship, country, classical, rock, or others. Beginner to Advanced students, we instruct all!

We offer string lessons Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Instruction includes (for student instrumentalists) Essential Elements, Suzuki Methods, and supplemental materials...and if you ever want to learn to fiddle we have you covered, too! Adult students begin with the basics but branch out based on their individual interests. If you are in school orchestra & wanting a higher chair - come see us. We will get you where you want to be!

Anyone who can make a sound with their voice can sing, but doing it well often requires some coaching. It is a combination of ear training and understanding proper use of your voice. Singing lessons at The Music Shop teach those concepts and apply them to popular music genres that our students enjoy, like pop, rock, praise, country, classical and alternative. Reading music is an essential skill for all our voice students

Let us start you on your rhythmic journey with amazing drum lessons and learn the basics to advanced grooves. By far one of our most popular instruments to play!
Music Lessons 2024
ARE YOU READY FOR MUSICAL AWESOMENESS?
Tuition is $120.00/month for four, thirty minute lessons. No registration or enrollment fees. Our sibling/family discount (immediate only) is $114.00/month. *Tuition more for months with 5 lessons.
- If you decide to stop taking lessons, we require one week notice via email
- All students are required to be on auto-debit for tuition
- Recitals are fun! (Spring Recital and Christmas Friends & Family Concert)
- If a scheduled lesson is cancelled by us and a sub is not provided, you will be refunded for that lesson
- After 6 months' continuous enrollment, students receive 2 free summer vacation days (June - August). A week's notice is required for your scheduled vacation day(s) & your month will be pro-rated.
- There are no lessons Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Holidays, and July 4th. Closed dates are always posted in advance. Our social media sites will be updated per CLOSED days and unexpected inclement weather. We pro-rate for Closed days.
*There are no refunds for lessons
** PLEASE NOTE: There will be no credit or make-up for lessons cancelled by the student. Our teachers are paid for their contracted day & time; this is their livelihood. Please feel free to fill your spot with a friend or family member if you cannot be present – just let us know you will not be there and who is coming, easy breezy!
